Job purpose

To optimise the effectiveness of the sales force at an international level, liaising with the Country Managers and Commercial Directors of the Angelini Group.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Gathering and analysing sales force data from various countries in light of the integrated KPI and CRM Systems
Reviewing size and effectiveness of the field force
Maintaining an open dialogue with reference persons from the Countries
Enhancing results by driving the implementation of best practices at an international level

Management Responsibilities

Number/role of direct reports None, but significant high-level international relations with various stakeholders in countries of operation

Other information

Education University Degree
Italian an asset

Experience of 4-5 years in marketing and sales

Ability to handle relationships with credibility and reliability and to exercise influence
International attitude
Ability to read and interpret data
