Job purpose

Develop and innovate Angelini HR&O digital assets, fostering the development of a data-driven approach to strategic HR&O processes, with a focus on:

-  Tackling market trends and evolutionary patterns in key HR&O areas

-  Anticipating gaps related to Angelini’s workforce, identifying needs for improvement and/or

   development (lack of competencies or need for upskilling, strategic workforce planning, …)

-  Identifying uncommon and unexpected links between business/operational KPIs and financials

   and HR&O metrics

-  Securing and retaining Group key people and talents

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Developing HR digital tools and platforms
Contributing to set-up and lead the evolution of standards and approaches for Big Data analysis (e.g. salaries, competences, training hours, job results, remuneration, mobility, performance, ratings, education)
Supporting the digital innovation of the HR&O function
