Job purpose

To promote and ensure the continuous improvement of Pharma industrial processes.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Analyzing existing industrial processes and developing short- and long-term lean improvement strategies for the organization (e.g. incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, WCM and other practices)
Finding opportunities for improvement as well as losses, for further troubleshooting in order to determine root causes
Work in cooperation with other areas and involve them on Lean activities
Develop proper Know-how about Lean start-up program and Lean project management
Coordinating and leading key projects for all Plants to guarantee an extended use of Lean tools (ex for Logistics & workplace organization) by the employees
Monitoring progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results
Providing Mentorship and making Continuous Improvement an integral part of the Department‘s culture

Other information

Education University Degree in Engineering or CTF

3-5 years

Proficient in lean manufacturing (Green/Black Belt Six Sigma, WCM, Toyota, ...)
