Job purpose

To support the Senior HR BP in managing all HR activities in connection with one or more functions/plants, interfacing with the Added Value Service area (Transactional Activities) and with the HR center of excellence.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Acting as front-end with the business and in day-by-day activities
Implementing HR guidelines:
- Industrial area relations
- Talent review
- Succession planning
- Compensation & Benefits policies
- Training
Acting as internal advisor/coach to support growth
Member of function’s Leadership Team
Ambassador of “People First”
