Job purpose
The Financial Business Partner is responsible for supporting financial decision-making and driving business performance. He/she will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to optimize financial outcomes and achieve company goals.
The Financial Business Partner will have to ensure sound financial management, drive profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Conduct complex analyses and forecasts of finance and market data to support strategic and operational decisions of our management
Evaluate revenue or cost saving initiatives by working with the Business Unit Directors in alignment with our long-term strategy
Create business insights reporting for our business units
Seek continuous improvement in ways of working and align best practice across the team in conjunction with other finance business partners
Perform finance controlling and ensure that budget in relation to annual cost is kept
Lead and manage the financial planning and forecasting process throughout the year for the BU to ensure alignment with the total business planning processes
Be the single source of trusted data related to P&L. Identify and assess risks and opportunities and provide accurate performance information

Experience (3-5 years)
At least 3 years of working experience as Financial BP in multinational organization or in consulting with business expertise in healthcare industry.
