Angelini Future Leaders Program will ignite the leader in you

The Angelini Future Leaders Program is a unique opportunity: a Program aimed at selecting high-potential candidates from inside and outside Angelini group, who will be employed prior to the start of the Program.

The Program – entirely in English – will begin with an innovative, blended, practice-oriented and advanced Program at the renowned SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
The Program will also provide job rotations at Angelini group, within and across functions, in an accelerated learning environment. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.
At the end of the Program, candidates will be ready to fill their landing position at Angelini group.

Who

Angelini group
Angelini Holding is the parent company of an international group operating in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors. Founded in Italy in 1919, today Angelini group operates in 26 countries with a staff of 5,700 and a turnover of €1,7 billion.
In the Pharma sector, Angelini Pharma gives constant and foremost attention to the areas of Mental Health (included Pain), Rare Diseases and Consumer Health. Angelini Consumer is the business unit of the Angelini group dedicated to the World of Consumers; at the core of its activities, unwavering care for people and their families, proposing concrete and quality solutions to the needs of daily life. The spirit behind Angelini Consumer finds its first tangible application in Madre Natura, the joint venture with the Hero Group operating in the Baby Food sector with 100% organic baby foods.

SDA Bocconi
SDA Bocconi School of Management has been appointed by Angelini to provide a customised Master for the Future Leaders Program.

Eurosearch
Eurosearch has been appointed by Angelini to carry out the Future Leaders Program selection process.

Key facts on the Angelini Future Leaders program

Location:
The program will be held at SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. Job rotations and final position will be located according to individual positions (please see individual job descriptions).

Eligibility:
2-5 years of work experience.

Angelini group companies involved:
Angelini Holding, Angelini Pharma, Angelini Consumer, Fater, Fameccanica.

Duration:
Full open-ended employment, with initial 18 months (November 2021 - May 2023) of Master and Job Rotations.

Degrees required:
Both humanities than STEM degrees.
